Durante a manhã procedemos a algum “Cortar e Largar” no espaço onde estão se a desenvolver as nossas plantas de forma a devolver nutrientes ao solo mais rapidamente. Nesse processo observamos alterações de dia para dia. Apreciem algumas imagens de apenas 18 espécies da nossa Horta/Jardim! 😉

During this morning we proceeded with some “Chop and Drop” of unwanted species, where we want our plants to succeed. This way we accelerate the nutrient cycle in the soil.
