Os restos de cozinha são aplicados no solo da área dos animais para assim atrair alguns insectos, pequenos artrópodes e algumas minhocas ou larvas que as nossas pretas lusitânicas adoram. regulamente recolhemos esses elementos do solo da área dos animais juntamente com os seus dejectos e a cobertura de solo e incorporamos no compostor.

Our reused pallet composter is the main element for  managing our yard waste, kitchen scraps and humanure. Kitchen scraps are applied to the animal area soil so it attractes insects, bugs, and worms that our black lusitanic chickens really love. Regularly we collect the remaining food scraps, the chicken manure and all the straw in the floor and put everything in the composter.
